Observation

Provider had blinds in living room/sleep area on all windows that had cords. Provider had a cord from a lamp in living room space next to window that was accessible to chilcren. Provider's cubbies in playroom area were not secured. Provider's water temperature in kitchen sink was 122.2 degrees Farhenheit. Outlet next to bathroom sink area was not GFCI.
